Dale Parker

Dale Parker was appointed as the Executive Vice President (EVP) of the Tennessee Cattlemen's Association (TCA) in November 2025. In this role, he is responsible for leading all operations, with a core focus on membership engagement, legislative advocacy, and producer outreach across the state.

A native of Warren County, Tennessee, Dale Parker is a dedicated cattle producer who owns and operates a commercial farm with Angus and Simmental influence alongside his family. His professional background includes over 25 years in sales and business development across the flooring and medical device industries. This unique combination of a lifetime raising cattle and extensive business acumen provides him with a valuable, real-world perspective on the complex challenges facing cattle farmers today.

Dale's vision for the TCA is encapsulated by his guiding principle: "Respect the past, look to the future," emphasizing that the beef industry is fundamentally "in the people business." He holds a degree in marketing and business administration from Middle Tennessee State University (MTSU) and has served the industry in numerous volunteer roles, including on the Warren County Farm Bureau Board of Directors and as a State Director for the Tennessee Simmental Association.
