Please keep in mind the following: If you are advertising for a sale or event that falls before the 10th of the month, it is best to run your ad in the previous month, rather than the same month.
For example: if your sale is Sept. 9, it is best to run your ad in the August issue. This is due to the varying speeds of delivery time through the USPS. We want you to get the most exposure possible before your sale. The magazine hits the mail stream on the 1st of the month. It may take up to 7-10 days after that for them to arrive in mailboxes.
NEW OPTION FOR ADVERTISING: Do you want to stand out from other ads in the magazine? Have a service or product that you KNOW our readers need to learn about? Consider our new option for ads: a paid promotional story.
This one-page feature story can be written and submitted by your business or it can be written by TCA's Director of Communications, Lauren Neale. She will take photos and conduct interviews to create the piece.
One paid promotional story will be allowed per month or more than one will be accepted if products are not similar. Scheduling will be with Lauren Neale.
This type of advertising is a great way to tell your story and explain your products more in-depth than a traditional ad. It is written like a feature story or article (or however you would like it to feel).
If you submit all content: $1,600
If you would like Lauren to create the editorial: $2,000.
Articles must either be submitted or finished by the 10th of the month prior to the issue you want to be published. If you would like Lauren to write/photograph the piece, please make sure to contact Lauren well before the 10th of the month deadline.
